Sephardic and Ladino Resources

“El reposo i la pasensya se puede ganar kon la sensya”

“Peace and patience can be gained with knowledge”

One of the most important elements of the Brotherhood's work is to ensure the traditions, customs, and language of our fathers, Ladino, continue to not only survive but thrive for generations to come. With that in mind, the Brotherhood has worked tirelessly to partner with numerous academic and community organizations to provide resources to the wider public on many elements of Sephardic life.

Here, you can explore our guide to introductory Ladino (Judeo-Espanyol) and available resources that are easily accessible to learn the language. You can also listen to dozens of songs and traditional Hazzanut sung by many from our communities, originating from cities throughout Greece, Turkey, and the Balkans. What's more, you can access resources on the history of Sephardic communities, our customs, and other academic programs through University programs around the country and partner organizations listed on our site.
